The exterior of our building, which makes a difference with its original design and gives prestige to the building, is designed to provide low operating costs by increasing the safety and life comfort of the users. In order to contribute to the protection of natural resources and the environment, a façade system in line with the Green building philosophy has been created with third generation glasses, environmentally friendly and long-lasting materials and correct insulation. The facade of the building, which is in compliance with European standards, provides sound insulation, has been tested with wind load (TS EN 12179), air (TS EN 12153) and water (TS EN 12155) insulation tests, meets all building physics requirements. At the same time, our building, which has an adaptation flexibility in line with changing needs and functions, will provide investors with high sales value.A

Different View of Architecture
The advantage of the building, which should include an office-store scheme on the north-south axis of Ankara, is its four sides surrounded by facades; Such as the Konya road front, Balgat Çankaya perspective on the east

axis, Konya road on the west axis and the possibility of seeing METU greenery leaning on this road. While building the architecture, we had to emphasize the horizontal movement of the mass lying horizontally, and ensure that the mass climbing vertically does not disturb its integrity. The compulsory facade coordination overlooking the landscapes has given the most architecturally correct directions, but the elevation difference that occurred during the placement of the mass on the topograph has enabled to increase the settlement on the lower floors on the east front. The façade, where human and vehicle traffic is intense, is located on the upper elevation of the topography, in other words, on the western facade; The entrance surface (in other words, the crown door in the old times), reduced from the entrance facade to the human scale in order to establish the relationship between the building and the human during the entrance, adds a decisive atmosphere to the direction of arrival and the perception of the entrance with its slope since it remains minimal next to the human.
